Berkeley College Receives Gold Award for Raising More Than $10,000 to Benefit JDRF

Zaki of Jersey City and Rigoberto Ramirez of Garfield, both students at
Berkeley College in Paramus, hold the Juvenile Diabetes Research
Foundation (JDRF) Gold Award that was recently presented to Berkeley
College for raising more than $10,000 to benefit the JDRF. The nonprofit
organization is dedicated to funding research to find a cure for
juvenile diabetes. Berkeley College associates and students raised funds
by participating in the annual Walk to Cure Diabetes.
