nMotion's 2012 Annual Stair Climb Fundraiser, Story by Story, is scheduled for Thursday, October 18th, 2012. The event will be held at 1411 Broadway (at 39th Street) in New York City.
We depend on the support of over 100 volunteers to make the event run smoothly, and we invite you to join us as a volunteer at this year's Stair Climb. Feel free to invite a friend to volunteer with you! Volunteer hours can be any time from 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm, with most help needed after 5:00 pm. We are flexible with work schedules, although we would prefer for a volunteer to be able to help for the entire evening. Our organization will provide event t-shirts for the volunteers, as well as detailed job descriptions and supervision.
nMotion is a non-profit organization which provides pro-bono legal services to low-income, domestic violence victims in New York City. On October 18th, we are producing a stair climb fundraiser called Story by Story--Climbing to End Domestic Violence. It will take place at 1411 Broadway, New York City. Last year, this fundraiser attracted more than 800 climbers and raised nearly $700,000! Learn more about our organization here.

This is a one time volunteer opportunity.
Please review the list of available shifts and assignments to determine which timing works best with your schedule. We will do our best to accommodate requests you may have for specific assignments.

Remember: signing up to volunteer is making a commitment to inMotion, and we will be counting on you. Volunteers who fail to attend the Stair Climb—without notifying inMotion in advance—cannot register for future volunteer opportunities.
